Blood Moon "My arms were taken away from me," she sang. "I was punished for clinging. I clung. I clutched all those I love; I clutched at the lovely moments of life; my hands closed upon every full hour. I wanted to embrace and hold the light, the wind, the sun, the night, the whole world. I wanted to caress, to heal, to rock, to (edited)l, to surround, to encompass. And I strained and I held so much that they broke; they broke away from me. I was condemned not to hold." ~ by Anaïs Nin

The drop of the Lord

Light for the world I wish every visitor of this beautiful site a blessed Christmas and a prosperous New Year. and hope that each of you in the new year may experience the warmth and power of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ

Trouble in the Alchemist's Quarters This Encaustic work is actually about everyday life and how we all conjure up spells, though most of us don't even realize it.

The science and art of causing change to occur in conformity with the will for the purpose of causing good or harm to yourself or others and is done either consciously or unconsciously.

Each thought (and will) is a like a seed.
Each seed contains a tiny plant.
May our seeds germinate into fruitful healing plants.

Encaustic on canvas, 50x50 cm.

An Angel Appeared... Happy New Year to all fellow members.... may 2010 be a creative, prosperous, healthy and happy year for all!!!
